No, our classes cater to all levels, from beginners to advanced. If you are very new we do recommend you attend at least five of the Afterglo Align style classes first as this are best suited for beginners.

Pilates is all about working where you are at on any given day, no comparison. We offer modifications as needed and encourage you to work to your own level.

We’ll show you exactly how everything works and support you throughout the class so you feel comfortable and confident.

Parking is easy and convenient with majority of class times on when the centre is closed! We are located within the Wellness Precinct inside Karrinyup Shopping Centre located on Level 1 Myer end of Karrinyup.

We recommend parking in the Wellness Precinct ‘Pink’ carpark located on Level 1, entry is via Karrinyup Road (turn in next to Hungry Jacks, then first left into undercroft and up the ramp to Pink level 1 - Wellness).

⚠️ For early classes outside of standard trading hours (eg: 6am/7am), please note only the Wellness Precinct Carpark is open — other entries may be locked.

Most clients start to feel stronger, more mobile and energised within the first few weeks. With consistency, you’ll notice real changes in posture, strength and how your body moves day-to-day.

We recommend 2–3 classes per week to feel the full benefits. Even once a week is a great start especially if combined with other physical activities— it’s about building consistency in a way that fits your life.

We understand life gets busy. You can cancel or reschedule your class outside of our 4 hour cancellation window with no penalty. If within the 4 hours you will lose your class credit and Unlimited pass holders will be charged a $10 fee.

Members enjoy x1 ‘life happens’ pass each month on late cancellations. Please email to have your class credit manually reapplied

So normal. Walking into something new can feel intimidating, but you won’t be the only one. Our studio is a friendly, supportive space and we’ll make sure you feel welcome from the moment you arrive.

We welcome pregnant clients to the studio as pilates is a fantastic addition to a healthy pregnancy. 

You can attend all classes on the schedule.

Please inform us as soon as you are aware that you are pregnant so that we can advise you accordingly. 

If you are a new member and are pregnant, we ask that you please contact us first prior to booking into any classes.

Please also provide us with a clearance from your Doctor/ OB or Physio, stating that you are medically fit to participate in an open group Pilates class as your Health & Safety are our priority.
