4 Week Introduction to Reformer Course
This course is designed just for beginners—a supportive, small-group setting where you’ll learn the reformer foundations at a comfortable, slow pace. No need to feel intimidated—everyone in the class is starting fresh, just like you! By the end of the four weeks, you’ll feel stronger, more confident, and ready to take on any class.
